Vegetable casserole for children
Description
Making a vegetable casserole for children is very simple: just grate all the ingredients and mix them together. You can confidently combine vegetables to suit your taste, getting a new flavor every time. Thanks to all the ingredients being grated, the dish turns out not only tasty but also very tender. Give it a try. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 2

Grate the zucchini and potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze out the excess moisture, and transfer to a deep bowl. Add the grated carrot and grated onion as well. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Add grated cheese, egg, sour cream, and garlic pressed through a garlic press.

Step 4

Then, depending on how much juice the vegetables release, add flour. The mixture should be fairly thick and viscous, like batter for fritters.

Step 5

Grease the baking dish with oil, then sprinkle the bottom and sides with semolina and breadcrumbs. Spread the vegetable mixture and level it with a spatula. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30–40 minutes. A few minutes before it is done, you can remove the foil to brown the top.

Step 6

I cooked it in individual ramekins, but you can also make the vegetable casserole in one large baking dish.
