Homemade Sheep Cheese
Description
Let's make sheep's cheese at home. Using a mixer, beat the milk, eggs, sour cream, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil; stirring constantly, cook until thickened and simmer for 5–6 minutes. Strain through a colander so the whey drains off. Then press the cheese under weight until it reaches the desired consistency. Good luck. Serve as an appetizer.
