Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the chicken breast. Pat dry with a towel. Make butterfly cuts.
- 3
Step 3

Pound the fillet with a meat mallet.
- 4
Step 4

Transfer the fillet to a bowl, add salt to taste and adjika. Mix and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

While the fillet is marinating, make the egg crepes. In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, milk, butter, and salt. Beat with a fork.
- 6
Step 6

Bake 4 blinis.
- 7
Step 7

Transfer the finished blintzes to a plate and cover them so they do not dry out.
- 8
Step 8

Once the time is up, remove the fillet from the refrigerator. Spread plastic wrap on your work surface. Lay the chicken fillet on the wrap in a single flat layer, leaving space at the edges of the wrap.
- 9
Step 9

Lay the egg crepes overlapping on the fillet.
- 10
Step 10

Grate cheese onto the blini.
- 11
Step 11

Starting from the short side of the prepared sheet, begin rolling the roll. Do it carefully so the cheese does not extend beyond the edges of the fillet.
- 12
Step 12

Using plastic wrap, roll into a tight roll.
- 13
Step 13

Take twine or thick kitchen string and tie around the roulade.
- 14
Step 14

Transfer the tied roll into a roasting bag and tie it again.
- 15
Step 15

Pour cold water into a large pot and place the prepared roll in it. The water should cover the roll by 1–2 cm. Set over medium heat. As soon as signs of boiling appear—the first bubbles—reduce the heat to the lowest setting and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- 16
Step 16

When the time is up, turn off the heat and leave the roll to cool in the pot.
- 17
Step 17

When the roll has cooled completely, remove the plastic wrap and wrap it in foil. Refrigerate for at least three hours; then you can serve the appetizer.
- 18
Step 18

Before serving, cut the roll into pieces.
