Rosehip decoction
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Every autumn I gather rosehip berries, dry them in the oven, and then my family drinks this healthy and tasty tea (decoction) all winter long. Due to the high content of ascorbic acid and B-complex vitamins, the berries have an anti-atherosclerotic and anti-inflammatory effect. Preparations based on rosehip fruits stimulate enzyme production. They can be used to prevent scurvy and other vitamin deficiency conditions. Rosehip fruits also increase bile production in the body. Isn't that a good reason to treat yourself to this wonderful drink? Let me tell you how I prepare the decoction for my family. See the recipe. Serve chilled.
