Pull-apart pie with cheese, garlic and herbs

Description

The pie turns out soft and fluffy, with a cheese filling in every piece. It divides beautifully into portions. Use herbs and cheese to your taste. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Prepare all the ingredients you need for a pull-apart pie with cheese, garlic, and herbs. Rinse the herbs and pat them dry.

    In warm milk, add sugar and salt, and crumble in fresh yeast. Pour in vegetable oil, break in an egg, and mix until smooth.

    Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift into the liquid, and knead a soft dough. Knead the dough for at least 7–10 minutes, shape it into a ball, and place it in a deep bowl greased with vegetable oil. Cover the bowl with the dough and put it in a warm place for 40–60 minutes to rise.

    Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, add soft butter, finely chopped herbs, and minced garlic. Season with salt and mix well.

    Roll out the dough into a sheet and cut out rounds with a round cutter. Brush each round with the butter mixture.

    Cut the cheese into as many pieces as you have rounds. Fold the pieces in half and place one piece of cheese in the center of each.
