Description
Delicious pastry for the whole family. Knead a simple shortcrust dough with butter right away, and sauté the mushrooms for the filling. For the topping you will need eggs, sour cream, and any cheese. A tempting crust of melted cheese will make the pie even tastier and more appealing. Serve with tea or coffee.

Sift the wheat flour into a bowl and grate in the cold butter. Add a little salt.

Add 100 grams of sour cream to the dough and begin mixing, bringing all the ingredients together into one cohesive mass.

Knead elastic, soft dough that will not stick to your hands. Leave it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
