Open yeast pie

Description

The baking is simple and quick. I prefer making pie dough myself, of course, if I have the time. But I think homemade dough is the tastiest. This time I chose a sweet filling of cherries and cottage cheese—I really enjoyed this combination. You can use any other berries or fruits as well. You can use not only fresh but also frozen ones. This recipe suits every occasion. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
