Open oat pie with apples
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. The oat dough is dense. But, considering that the dough layer is thin, it becomes a tasty and quite crumbly oat base. The filling layer is large. Baked apples with cinnamon and sugar make a wonderful filling. Remove the pie from the pan when it has cooled a bit, because the bottom of the pie is thin; it is better to use a special spatula. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
