Cutlets in batter
Description
This cooking recipe is special because I add Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce) to the batter. The cutlets can be prepared in advance and reheated in a pan or microwave before serving. They can also be taken to work and eaten with a piece of bread.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Place flour, salt, breadcrumbs, ground black pepper, and paprika into a bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs with Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
- 2
Step 2
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Wash each piece of pork and dry with paper towels, then tenderize with a meat mallet.
- 3
Step 3
Dip the meat first in eggs, then in the dry ingredient mixture. Place the cutlets on a heated surface.
- 4
Step 4
Sear the meat over medium heat until golden brown, then flip, cover with a lid, and continue cooking until done.

Step 5
Transfer the meat to a plate and serve with a side dish of your choice.
