Pork chops in the oven with tomatoes and cheese
Description
Prepare oven-baked cutlets with tomatoes and cheese for a festive lunch or dinner. This dish can even be made when guests are already at the door. Slice the fillets, place them on a greased baking sheet. Top with rings of onion and tomato, sprinkle with grated cheese, and put in the oven. You'll lick your fingers! By the way, I recommend removing the tomato skins—just blanch the tomatoes for a few minutes.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Pound each strip with a meat mallet. Place the fillet pieces into a greased baking dish. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

2. Slice the tomatoes into rounds. Arrange them in a single layer over the meat.

Step 3

3. Slice the onion into half-rings. Blanch with boiling water. We do this to prevent the onion from imparting bitterness to the finished dish.

Step 4

4. Grate the processed cheese on a grater. Place it on top of the tomatoes.

Step 5

5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the meat in the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve the dish immediately.
