
Cutlets in the oven

1. Cut the pork tenderloin into pieces and lightly pound both sides with a mallet.

2. Season each cutlet with salt and spices.

3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk with a fork. Add salt and spices. The batter is ready. Heat sunflower oil in a skillet. Dredge the cutlets in flour, then dip them in the egg mixture and fry on both sides.

4. Separately sauté the sliced mushrooms and sliced onion rings. Coarsely grate the cheese.

5. Place the cutlets on a baking sheet. Place a layer of mushrooms and a layer of fried onions on each cutlet.

6. Then sprinkle with parsley and place tomato slices on top. If desired, tomatoes can be brushed with mayonnaise.
