Cutlets with tomatoes and cheese
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Chicken cutlets with tomatoes and cheese are very simple to make. Pound the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper. Dip them into beaten egg mixed with milk, then into flour, and again into the egg mixture. Fry in oil over medium or medium-high heat on both sides until golden brown crust forms. It will take about 4-5 minutes for each side. You can also prepare such cutlets from pork, only increasing the frying time. Even simpler option—fry pork cutlets, then add broth or boiled water, cover with a lid, reduce the heat, and simmer. Serve the finished dish immediately.
