Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Making pork chops with onions is very easy, and the process won't take much time. The chops turn out tender and delicious. They can be served on their own or with any side dish. I used pork steaks, but you can use any other type of meat if desired. Serve the dish immediately.

Cut the meat into pieces, 1-1.5 cm thick.

In a deep plate, beat the egg with a pinch of salt, and dip the cutlet into it.
