Pork chops with mustard and mayonnaise in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Juicy and golden-brown cutlets are the perfect meat dish not only for weekdays, but also for festive occasions. They are very easy to prepare and can be taken to work, on a picnic, or for a trip. The main thing—don't overdo it with the mustard if children are going to eat them! Serve with any side dish: porridge, pasta, mashed potatoes. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Rinse the pork tenderloin in water and slice it into pieces 0.5–1 cm thick at most.
- 3
Step 3

Pound each piece on both sides with a meat mallet. It's best to do this by placing the meat inside a plastic bag to prevent splatters all over the kitchen.
- 4
Step 4

Pounding all the meat will take you no more than 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 5
Step 5

Mix mayonnaise of any fat content and prepared mustard (not dry powder, but ready-made, store-bought) in a bowl or dish. Do not use grainy mustard, as the seeds will burn during baking.
- 6
Step 6

Grease the cutlets on each side and place them on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Put the baking sheet in the oven.
- 7
Step 7

Bake the dish for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown, but do not over-dry.
- 8
Step 8

Place the cooked cutlets on a plate or serving dish and serve hot with any side dish.
