
Czech-style pork chops in beer
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Fried black bread is added to the sauce made with light beer. Slightly sauté the sauerkraut in vegetable oil, and you'll have an excellent side dish. The finished dish can be served at the table.

1. Lightly fry the cutlets (seven pieces, about the size of a small plate), then place them in a pot.

2. Peel the onion, finely chop it, and place it in the frying pan where the cutlets were cooked. When the onion turns golden brown, add rye bread (two slices), cut into small pieces, and fry a little longer.

3. Add bay leaf, pepper, salt, one glass of light beer, and one glass of water. This makes the sauce. Place the pork chops into the sauce.

4. Place the sauerkraut into the pot where the cutlets were, add sunflower oil. Put it on another burner, sauté, add a little water, and simmer over low heat. Meanwhile, simmer the cutlets in the sauce over medium heat.

5. After about thirty minutes, add dill seeds and the zest of one lemon to the cutlets. Simmer for another ten minutes.
