Pork chops with bone served with potatoes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Bone-in cutlets with potatoes are very easy to cook. Cut the meat into portion-sized pieces, peel the potatoes and slice them into equal rounds. Place two frying pans on the stove, pour in plenty of oil, heat it up, and quickly fry both the meat and potatoes. While they're cooking, prepare a garlic paste—using a blender is recommended. Add the garlic paste a couple of minutes before the dish is ready. Good luck, and once ready, serve the dish immediately.
