Chicken liver cutlets in oat bran
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I suggest making chicken liver cutlets in oat bran according to the Dukan diet. They are made with oat bran, fried without oil, and not salted at all. This is a perfectly acceptable and tasty dish, which can be based on any liver (chicken liver is best: it's tender and cooks faster). The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I like to use chicken liver for this dish because it's tender and cooks quickly. If you prefer beef liver, feel free to use it.
- 2
Step 2

2. Wrap the liver in a bag or cover it with plastic wrap and pound it. The wrapping is necessary to prevent splattering.
- 3
Step 3

3. Then remove the film or bag and start dipping the liver into the egg and bran. I use bran instead of breadcrumbs. It turns out not only tasty but also filling.

Step 4

4. Coat the pounded liver in bran. Do not add salt if you are following a diet.

Step 5

5. Separately beat the egg white and add spices to taste. I like dried spring herbs.

Step 6

6. After the bran, dip in egg and place in the pan. Do not add oil; cook on a non-stick pan. Fry on both sides.

Step 7

7. Serve the cutlets hot, immediately after frying (they will have a crispy crust). Nevertheless, they are also very tasty when cold.
