
Beef steaks in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Beef cutlets baked in the oven take quite a while, but they're worth it. They turn out tasty, tender, with a beautiful golden crust. Serve the beef cutlets from the oven with a side of potatoes and fresh herbs. Serve hot.

Wash the beef tenderloin and dry it with a paper towel. Cut into portion-sized pieces across the grain, about 1 cm thick.

In a bowl, mix mustard, salt, mayonnaise, and ground black pepper.

Pound the pieces of beef with a kitchen mallet.

Rub the meat with the prepared sauce and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Peel the onion and thinly slice into half-rings.
