Description
A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. The sauce has a very intense aroma, and just a small spoonful can dramatically change the flavor of the entire dish. Choose fresh, undamaged vegetables for the sauce. You can use dried chili pepper, but fresh pepper gives a more aromatic result. Serve the sauce with meat or fish, or use it as a salad dressing.
