Description
The sauce is prepared without cooking or simmering—just mix the ingredients. Quick and easy, you can make it at the last minute when the chicken is already ready to serve. Perfect with pasta, meat, and vegetables.

Transfer the tomato sauce to a bowl. As a base, I used "Krasnodarsky sauce." You can replace it by mixing tomato paste, a little water to make it more liquid, and a bit of apple puree. Then follow the recipe as directed.

Chop the parsley or cilantro. Add to the sauce.

Add garlic, Tabasco sauce, balsamic cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

The sauce will become smooth and change color slightly, turning darker.
