
Spicy chili sauce
Description
The homemade sauce is simple and quick to prepare. This sauce turns out not too runny because we add a little starch. At the same time, it won't become jelly-like. You'll achieve the perfect consistency for this sauce. If you want a really spicy sauce, I recommend using half the amount of sugar, just 50 grams. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.

Cut the peppers into pieces and put them in a blender. I don't remove the seeds. I recommend wearing gloves!

Grind the pepper into a puree.

Place the pepper, minced garlic, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.

After boiling, keep the sauce on the heat for another 3-5 minutes. Mix the water with starch and pour this mixture into the sauce, heat for a couple of minutes, then pour the sauce into jars and store in the refrigerator.
