Spicy Turkey Burger

Step 2

Add the spices, salt to taste, and mix well. Let the mince rest for 15–20 minutes in a cool place.

With wet hands, shape three patties.

Step 4

Pan-fry in preheated oil on both sides until golden brown, then finish cooking covered, reducing the heat. The turkey must be fully cooked through. Transfer the finished cutlets to paper towels to remove excess oil.

Step 5

For the spicy sauce, mix mayonnaise with lime juice, add smoked paprika, chili powder, a little whole-grain mustard, salt to taste, and mix well. Slice the cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion into thin slices. If desired and available, you can add avocado slices to the burger. Cut the buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill.

Step 6

Assemble the burgers by spreading the buns with spicy mayonnaise and placing patties with vegetables on them to taste.
