Spicy chicken wings
Description
Chicken wings prepared according to this recipe turn out spicy and delicious. Serve them with tomato sauce, which can be homemade or store-bought, along with vegetables and fresh herbs. You can bread them or leave unbreaded—either way, they will quickly disappear from the table.

Step 1

1. Pluck the feathers from the chicken wings, wash them, and cut each wing at the joints into 3 pieces, transferring them into a bowl. Add salt, ground chili, finely chopped garlic, and vinegar to the meat. Mix well, then let marinate in a cool place for 3–4 hours, or overnight.

2. Crush cornflakes into fine crumbs by hand, but do not turn them into flour, and add a little ground chili pepper. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a whisk or fork. Pour the flour into a separate bowl.

Step 3

3. Prepare triple breading: for this, coat each piece first in flour, then in egg, and finally in cornflakes. Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan, heat the oil, add the chicken wings and fry until golden brown, making sure they don't burn. Place each piece on a paper towel to remove excess oil. After that, the wings are ready—serve them with ketchup.
