Spicy breaded chicken wings
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Chicken wings are an unfairly overlooked product—usually they're only cooked outdoors when a large group gathers around a campfire. My method of preparing wings in a spicy marinade and coated with quick-cooking oat flakes will automatically shift this dish from "picnic food" to "perfect for home, for family." Serve hot.

Step 1

1. I have store-bought spicy adjika (homemade spicy adjika is better), I put the required amount into a bowl, add tomato paste, spices, and salt, then mix thoroughly.

Step 2

2. I thoroughly wash the chicken wings and dry them completely (I don't trim the thin part, but leave them whole). I transfer the wings to a bowl with the sauce. I mix well, making sure the marinade coats each wing. Let marinate for 30-60 minutes.

Step 3

3. Pour a glass of quick-cooking oat flakes into a bowl, dip each one into the breadcrumbs and coat on all sides.

4. Place the wings on the air fryer rack, close the lid, and cook for about half an hour at 200 degrees.
