Spicy Wings for Beer
Description
This appetizer is quick and easy to make. I love treating my husband, and this time I made him a spicy beer snack. The wings turned out wonderfully: moderately spicy, piquant, and very tasty. Check out the recipe and give it a try. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash the wings thoroughly and let the water drain off. Peel the garlic and measure out the spices and sauce. Let's begin!

Step 2

Cut the wings at the joint into two pieces. If present, trim off the wing tip—it burns easily, and there's almost no meat on it.

Step 3

Add minced garlic, mustard, ginger, and chili pepper to the soy sauce. Adjust the amount of pepper to your taste. Peppers vary, and people's tastes differ too. I always taste the marinade before pouring it over the meat.

Step 4

Pour the marinade over the wings and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally so all the wings stay coated in the marinade. You can place a small weight on top.

Step 5

After 2 hours, drain the wings in a colander and let the liquid drip off. I try to remove the garlic because it burns in the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with refined oil, and arrange the wings not too close together. Place the baking sheet in a hot oven for 35–40 minutes at 200°C.
