Spicy Tomato Appetizer with Herbs and Cheese

Description

The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. For this appetizer, choose "meaty" tomatoes, ripe and sweet. Adjust the amount of hot pepper to taste. I use a quarter of a pepper; the flavor is moderately spicy. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

    Pour olive oil and soy sauce into a bowl.

    Add finely chopped hot pepper and garlic passed through a press.

    Add the chopped herbs. I use mostly basil, a little parsley, and arugula.
