
Spicy pork with vegetables in a multicooker
Description
You can prepare this dish using the stir-fry method in a wok. However, it also turns out delicious in a multicooker. It may take a bit longer, but requires much less attention. The nutritional value of meat and vegetables is hard to overestimate.

Peel the vegetables, rinse them, and dry thoroughly. Cut the leek into rounds, the carrot into half-moons, not too thin, the zucchini into large cubes. Slice the pepper into thin strips.

Cut the pork into large cubes and fry in the multicooker with oil in the "Frying" mode until a golden crust forms.

Add the onion and carrots, sauté until golden. Add the zucchini and peppers, heat for a couple of minutes.

Add the brown sugar, mix and heat for a couple of minutes. Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, add a glass of boiling water, and simmer for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the dish with spices, then pour in the starch diluted in 50 ml of boiled cold water. Mix well and set to keep warm for 15 minutes.
