Spicy Chinese-style chicken
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A fellow chef who worked at a Chinese restaurant shared this simple recipe for spicy Chinese-style chicken with me. The ingredients are easily available, and although the combination is unusual, it's very successful! If you want the dish to be truly "Chinese," use sesame oil, fresh ginger, and high-quality jam. Serve hot.

2. Then coat each piece in starch and fry in hot oil. Drain the cooked pieces on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

3. In a skillet, combine the juice, jam, a small amount of vegetable oil, and the remaining starch left from breading. If there is none left, add 2-3 teaspoons of starch. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens. Then add the chicken and simmer for a few more minutes.
