Description
The dish is prepared using veal shank, sliced crosswise to a thickness of about 5 centimeters. The meat is cut in such a way that the bone remains inside the shank, containing bone marrow. Osso buco is often served with risotto. So, here is the osso buco recipe for your attention.

Sprinkle the sliced veal shank with flour.

In a heavy-bottomed pot, heat the oil and sear the pieces of meat until browned on all sides.
