
Pan-Fried Baby Octopus
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. Pan-fried octopus makes an excellent appetizer for a festive table and buffet. This octopus can also be used to make a salad. First, I boil the octopus in boiling water, then cut it into pieces, dip it in egg batter, and pan-fry it. Serve the cooled octopus. Serve the appetizer at the table.

1. Place the cleaned octopus in boiling water and boil for 20 minutes, then remove from the pot and let cool.

2. Cut the octopus into small pieces (choose the size yourself).

3. Crack the chicken eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt and pepper to taste, and whisk everything together well.

4. Pierce a piece of octopus on a fork, dip it in batter, then place it on a preheated skillet.
