Grilled sturgeon
Description
The sturgeon grilled recipe with photos will clearly show you how to prepare a very tasty fish using minimal ingredients. It is very important for this dish to use the right salt — non-iodized, preferably coarse and coarse-grained. The fish pairs best with dry white wine. Serve with vegetables as a side dish. And if you additionally prepare a white cream sauce to go with the fish, I think you'll be carried on hands for delivering an unforgettable, delicious meal. Good luck!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

We thoroughly rinse the fish under cold running water, wash off all the mucus, and cut the fish into individual medallions. Don't forget to clean the sturgeon from the entrails. Make sure to rinse all the pieces well!

Step 2

Make a marinade from lemon juice, salt, and spices. The more aromatic spices, the better. You can use: basil, marjoram, rosemary, oregano, sage, mint, summer savory, thyme, and so on. Marinate the fish for about 1-2 hours.

Step 3

Then prepare nice hot coals, place the fish in a grill basket, and roast the sturgeon over the coals for about 20–30 minutes, turning frequently. Since sturgeon is a fatty fish, juice will drip and may occasionally cause the coals to flare up. I hasten to assure you that there's nothing to worry about! On the contrary, this will create a nice, appetizing crust.

Step 4

Transfer the cooked fish to a serving dish. Top the sturgeon with chopped herbs and garlic.
