Step 4

Divide the ready dough into 3 parts and place each part one at a time onto a floured surface. Flatten each piece into a round, place an equal portion of filling in the center, and seal the edges of the dough over the filling. For convenience, shape the filling into a ball. Then, gently press the dough ball into a flat round with your hands, using light taps—without stretching or using a rolling pin. Grease a baking sheet, place the pie on it, and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 15 minutes. Let the baked pie cool slightly before serving.
