
Ossetian salmon pie
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. A delicious pie suitable for a festive table. Knead the yeast dough and let it rise. Cut the fish into pieces and fry it with onions in a skillet. Divide the risen dough into two parts and roll each into a round flatbread. Place the filling on one of them and cover with the second. Seal the edges and let it rest for a while. Then bake the pie in the oven for 20 minutes. Let the baked pie cool slightly before serving. Serve with tea or coffee.

We will start preparing this pie with the filling – first cut the fresh salmon, chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the fish with onion. For added volume, you can mix in some cooked rice into the filling.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add egg, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and flour. Knead the dough and let it rise well in a warm place.
