
Ossetian pie with potatoes

Prepare all the ingredients.

Let's start by preparing the dough. Warm the milk and completely dissolve the yeast, sugar, and salt in it. Add the sifted flour.

Knead the dough and let it sit in a warm place for at least two hours.

When the sponge is almost ready, start preparing the filling. Boil the potatoes.

Mash the potatoes and add some cottage cheese. Mix well.

In a blender, process the feta cheese until it reaches a creamy consistency.

Add potatoes with cottage cheese and dill to it. Season with salt to taste. Mix everything together.

Divide the dough into several parts. Roll each part into a thin pancake. Place the filling in the center.
