Ossetian pie

Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Ossetian pies are traditionally baked very thin, resembling flatbreads, with the layer of filling being at least as thick as the dough layer. However, they are not always made round—some are triangular. This incredibly tasty pie works perfectly as a dessert. The sweet Ossetian cherry pie, "Baljin," with its evenly baked crust and delicious, sweet filling, has never left anyone indifferent. Serve with tea or coffee.
