Autumn Cake
Description
I'll tell you, serve it cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Prepare the cake, trim the edges to form a smooth circle, and measure its diameter. Using this circle as a guide, roll out a thin layer of green fondant and cover the cake with it.
- 2
Step 2

2. Green fondant should cover the cake on all sides except the bottom. Trim off the excess. Mix with approximately the same amount of orange and pink fondant, and create a large sheet with an abstract "autumn" pattern.
- 3
Step 3

3. Now cover this layer with foil, place the leaves on top, and put a bag on top of them. Gently press down so that the impressions of the leaves remain on the fondant.
- 4
Step 4

4. Cut out the leaves along the outline, then use a special stick or a matchstick to add texture and volume.
- 5
Step 5

5. I also shaped some rowan berries. Arrange them beautifully on the cake.

Step 6

6. That's it, actually! Let it set well in the refrigerator — then the cake is ready to be served!
