
Orzo with shrimp and olives
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Orzo is a type of pasta that resembles long-grain rice. You can use chilled or frozen shrimp, large or small. Serve the dish immediately after cooking. Arugula can be substituted with parsley or green onion. The dish is ready to be served.

1. Prepare the pasta by filling a pot with water, adding salt, placing it over heat, and bringing it to a boil. Add the orzo to the boiling water and cook for 5-8 minutes after it starts boiling. Peel the garlic, wash and chop the tomatoes. Heat a pan with olive oil. Press the garlic through a garlic press into the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

2. Add the tomatoes, increase the heat, and fry for another 5 minutes.

3. Prepare the olives by cutting them in half. Add the olives and capers to the pan and mix, then season with salt and pepper.
