Nuts in a nutcracker
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. There are many filling options for this pastry, but we're all used to sweetened condensed milk. However, I've added something new to it—cottage cheese. The result is very tasty and tender. The dough is always shortcrust, though with various recipes. I suggest you read on. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
