Nut with condensed milk
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Our moms always made these little nut-shaped cookies for holidays. Or we'd convince them to make them on regular days too :) Soft dough with a sweet caramel-flavored condensed milk filling... what could be more delicious for a child? Now that we're moms ourselves, we can prepare this dessert for our little ones. And we can be sure they'll love it. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Place the yolks in a deep bowl and beat them with sugar.
- 2
Step 2
Melt the butter and mix it with the flour in a separate container. Knead the dough.
- 3
Step 3
Combine the dough and egg yolks. Mix well again until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- 4
Step 4
By this time, the egg whites have already cooled. Mix them with the soda neutralized with vinegar and salt.
- 5
Step 5
Beat and add to the dough.
- 6
Step 6
The dough should be thick and dense.
- 7
Step 7
Preheat the pizzelle maker to the desired temperature. Grease it with oil and place pieces of dough about 1 cm in size into the molds.
- 8
Step 8
Bake according to the electric waffle maker instructions. If you have a regular stovetop one, then 1 minute on each side.
- 9
Step 9
Boil condensed milk for 2-3 hours (you can also use ready-made store-bought). Fill the nuts with it and glue the nut halves together.
