No-bake nut cake
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. A friend once shared this no-bake nut cake recipe with me, and I fell in love with this dessert at first sight! It's great served in winter with still-warm cream, as well as in summer chilled. It disappears within minutes. You'll love it!

1. Prepare the ingredients. Break the chocolate into pieces, peel the nuts if necessary, and crush the cookies into crumbs.

2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan to form a crust.

3. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.

4. Add the cream, mix well.

5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cake base and generously sprinkle with nuts. You can refrigerate it, or serve it with the chocolate layer still warm!
