
Nut sauce for chuka
Description
Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. Nut sauce can be made using cashews or peanuts, or a mix of both nuts. You can use rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or add a bit of lemon juice. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

Prepare the ingredients.

Roast the peanuts in a dry skillet, stirring occasionally, until a light nutty aroma appears.

Remove the dark skins from the nuts; after roasting, the nuts are easily peeled. Pour the peanuts into a coffee grinder and grind.

Pour the ground nuts into a saucepan and add water.

Heat continuously stirring. Boil for a minute and remove from heat.
