Nut Crumble
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. The nut crumble is very tender and crumbly, so you should transfer it to plates using a special wide spatula. This dessert is tasty and aromatic, yet not very high in calories. So you can treat yourself to this deliciousness more often. In the original recipe, brown sugar was used for the crumb topping; since I didn't have any, I used regular white sugar. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

1. Wash the cherries under running water, remove the stems, and drain in a colander. Then remove the pits. Add 30 g of cornstarch and 50 g of sugar. Mix well.

Step 2

2. Grease the pan with butter and evenly spread the cherries in it. Smooth with a spoon. It's better to use a springform pan, as the dessert is very fragile and will be difficult to remove intact otherwise.

Step 3

3. Pre-sort the nuts and toast them in a dry skillet for a few minutes. Once cooled, chop them finely. Combine the chopped nuts, oat flakes, softened butter, remaining corn flour, and sugar. Mix until uniform.
