Description
Perfectly complements tea and coffee. I want to show you that it can be served with tea or coffee.

1. Chop the nuts coarsely, but not into crumbs—just give them a few light cuts with a knife.

2. Heat the sugar with honey over fire.

3. Pour over the nuts and mix thoroughly.

4. Line a heatproof baking dish with parchment paper. Place the nuts inside. Press them down with another sheet of parchment paper to form an even layer. Carefully remove the parchment paper and place the dish in a preheated oven at 150 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes.

5. Let the finished biscuit cool well and cut into portion pieces.
