Nut cookies (shortbread)
Description
The baking is simple and quick. This cookie reminds me of cozy family evenings. I make it in two varieties: classic and with cocoa. Use any nuts you prefer. Decorate the cookies with melted chocolate or ready-made chocolate spread. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
