Oyster mushrooms in the oven

   Prepare the oyster mushrooms, chop them, and boil for 30 minutes.

   Peel the potatoes and slice them into rounds. Place everything in a deep bowl, season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a baking tray greased with vegetable oil.

   Then place the oyster mushrooms. Grate cheese on top.
