
Oyster mushrooms with pork

Of course, you can use any other mushrooms in this dish besides oyster mushrooms. However, oyster mushrooms provide a pleasant, tender texture and a very delicate mushroom aroma that perfectly complements the pork. Wash the pork thoroughly and remove the tendons and small bones. Cut the meat into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
