Fried oyster mushrooms in a multicooker
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Today we'll talk about cooking honey mushrooms in a multicooker. Why a multicooker? I don't know, probably because it's just very convenient, and cooking in it is much faster. If you own this piece of kitchen technology and you love mushrooms, here's a simple recipe for honey mushrooms in a multicooker: 1) First of all, mushrooms naturally need to be washed and cleaned from debris. Then we pour boiling water over the mushrooms and place them on a paper towel to drain excess liquid. 2) Leave small mushrooms whole, and cut larger ones into several pieces. 3) Set your multicooker to the "Baking" mode and pour in some oil. 4) Add the mushrooms to the multicooker and fry for several minutes until the excess moisture evaporates. 5) Add flour, chopped parsley, salt and pepper, and continue frying for a few more minutes until the mushrooms are fully cooked. The result is incredibly delicious, especially when served with boiled young potatoes and sour cream. Serve hot.
