Description

The recipe won't take much time. Omelet with fried noodles and vegetables. Omusoba is a very popular dish in Japan, which you can try in any family restaurant or Japanese pub (izakaya). Serve hot.

    First, cook the noodles (slightly less than al dente), then rinse them under cold water and set aside.

    Meanwhile, slice, chop, and mince the vegetables.

    Next step: Heat a large skillet over high heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil, throw in the minced garlic and onion, and sauté for 2–3 minutes. Then add the remaining vegetables and continue cooking until tender, about 8 minutes.

    Slightly reduce the heat. Add noodles, water, soy sauce, sake, rice vinegar, sugar, and chopped nori sheet to the vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
