2. Beat the eggs until thick foam forms, add salt and spices to taste, as well as sour cream.

3. Line the baking pan with parchment paper, then pour in the egg mixture and place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for about 25 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly.

4. While the omelet is baking, prepare the filling: grate the processed cheese on a grater, add finely chopped herbs, squeeze in garlic, and finally mix in mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
