Omelet Pancakes with Filling
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. These pancakes can be made for a festive table, served individually per pancake or cut into pieces – resulting in an original snack. But I also love making these pancakes without any occasion, especially on weekends, to lift the mood of my family members with a tasty dish. For the filling you can use any ground meat, as well as add sautéed mushrooms, vegetables, and it’s also delicious with a layer of ham. Try it, experiment, and share your impressions in the comments. They can be served with tea or coffee.
